Sahalie is a small community of about 30 condo owners who frequently travel while enjoying a home in Washington free of income taxes while still conveniently being within 10 minutes of Portland International Airport and 20 minutes to downtown Portland. When the neighbors are around, it is an excellent community full of stories about their lives and travels.
